Japanese document formats accepted:
We accept almost all formats of texts and documents for Japanese translation. Editable documents, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, are obviously the preferred and most popular formats. However, we can manage most formats and we will aim to deliver the Japanese translation in the same format as the original. Sometimes, typesetting of the Japanese translation will be required. In most cases, we will be able to do this at no additional cost, depending on how the Japanese document was created in the first place. If we need to charge for typesetting, we would advise you of this prior to proceeding with your Japanese translation.
Japanese document translation prices:
We prefer to quote on a per-job basis. Therefore, it is always a good idea to email across your Japanese document for our perusal as the price will often depend on subject area, urgency, volume, document format etc. We do have a minimum charge for smaller Japanese documents under 270 words. Our rates are very competitive, and we will always strive to give you the best price possible on any given Japanese translation.
How to request a quote for your Japanese translation:
- Get in touch by email or through our web form.
- Specify the language pair e.g. Japanese to English translation and preferably attach the document to be translated.
- One of our project managers will respond very quickly with a competitive quote and timescale for your Japanese translation.
- We will answer any doubts or queries you may have about the translation process.
